16 September 2013 No Comment

Hank3, the grandson of country legend Hank Williams, the king of Hellbilly, is hitting the road again announcing new tour dates hitting the west coast in late September and October. Hank3 and company will be supporting his upcoming triple-threat of new releases: a double disc entitled “Brothers of the 4×4″ and single disc “A Fiendish Threat,” both hitting stores October 1, 2013 via Hank3 Records with distribution from Megaforce Records.

If you have never been to a Hank3 show then get off your ass and get a ticket because this is unlike any country, punk, or metal show you have ever seen. A typical show usually averages about three hours a night starting with a country & hellbilly set, and a punk/metal set from Hank3’s latest music experiment . That is a ton of live music and the biggest bang for your buck in the industry.

This time around fans will be treated to a country set featuring cuts from the “Brothers of the 4×4″ which is straight-up, old school, outlaw country “realness of it shines throughout the record like moonlight hitting a mason jar of corn liquor- it ain’t always the smoothest, and it doesn’t come wrapped in a fancy package, but it’s 100% pure whoop-ass in a bottle that gets the job done quicker and better and reminds you of where you originally came from once you figure out what just hit you.” Enough said.

For the punk/metal set Hank3 will be unveiling his new music experiment “3”, much like in the past with Assjack, Attention Deficit Disorder, fans that stick around will get a first listen to the hardcore punk horror rock of “A Fiendish Threat,” think The Misfits, Minor Threat, 7 Seconds, The Ramones, all of which are as part HANK3 and his country roots.
